Help with a Bogner amp.

My Bogner Uberschall got goofy on me. It still works but suddenly lost all its punch. Almost sounds like a wah pedal pushed all the way down. Not that severe, but thats the best description i can think of. I replaced all power and preamp tubes, and of course tried running direct and replacung every cable/cab/guitar etc, none of that helped. Anyone have a clue I need to buy new amp, I play best slots online, I found them here [suspicious link removed by mod] and can buy expensive new amp??
