Henning Bottle Rocket Tone Test - KM7 style!

I have been wanting to redo my Henning play through vid for some time now that my technique and studio gear has gotten, well.... infinitely better! LOL!

Anyway, I plan to do shorter vids focused on one type of tone. So it would be:

• Vid 1 - Clean tones w/Singles and Humbuckers
• Vid 2 - Crunch Tones w/Singles and Humbuckers
• Vid 3 - Mid to High Gain tones
• Vid 4 - Modern 7 string tones

Here's an in-room clip of just the audio coming from my monitors and my iPhone... sounds brutal! LOL! Will do full mix and isolated guitars with amp knob turning. If I am hoinest, I haven't played my amps in some time. Been mostly using Helix. This thing slays!

Oh man, no offense taken here, Even Steve couldn't believe that was coming out of the amp! Honestly I was messing around with the Dirty Shirley and the KM and already running late for work. Then I was like... "let's give the Bottle Rocket a go". HAD to make a quick vid I was so floored!

Yeah man, I ALMOST used the Logic track with it but it got messed up on export so just went with the iPhone audio. I can't wait to hear this thing LAYERED!!!

I want to do that thing where there's a full mix, then all the drums and bass drop out to the isolated guitars and then back in. That's my next homework project. I assume it's just an automation thing in the mixer window in logic.

I met a dude from Canada that is a Revv rep and he showed me his demo channel. Time to up the ante this year on studio demo's.

I see what you did there...

I really like this KM-7. Plays amazingly well and even though I never owned a guitar with this scale length, it's pretty easy to switch to and from my other guitars.

Sounds awesome man! Sold my KM7 mrkii, didn’t care for the nazgul/sentient...but I might pick up another after they updated ones come out with the Fishmans Merrows? Hope it’s a little less scooped sounding.
