I like the people who defend him by saying his bullshit playing is an "artistic choice" as if he could possibly play anything remotely coherent if he wanted.

Listening to Henry Kaiser is like dropping an $80,000 rig at any random boomer's house and then forcing them at gunpoint to "play" it for 10 minutes.

I was on some forum, cant remember which one, and alluded to the fact that he might have had an inner ear infection when he recorded whatever it was someone was commenting about cause there was no way that was real. I couldnt believe how many people chimed in to defend him and how talented he was. I can usually find some type of quality in just about any type of playing to a degree, but This guy is just awful! Always has been...always will be.
Sooo much awesome gear he has had over the years and have just made it all sound like garbage.
 
The genius is making those seamless transitions between modes, keys and time signatures sound erratic, random and incorrect…but they’re not if y’all would only do the jazz math

It'll be GENIUS!!"
