First of all, congratulations on the landmark with the Herbert

Secondly, as soon as I pay off the Herbert "and" Einstein I purchased last summer, I may be able to get that 1000th VH4s!

Another question ! It would be interesting to know the amount of warranty returns you had in those 1000 Herberts and 400 VH-4s !
When you say 400 VH-4, you mean VH-4 AND VH-4s, Don't you ?

400VH4S....... and we have 950 VH4.

99% of warranty repairs are tubes, most power tubes.
So I swapped to the SED EL34. We had to modify the
feedback loop a bit to come close to the former EL34B-C
sound.

Tube amps need service but we try to increase the reliabilty
every day and night.
