I found this from a post years ago. Thought maybe some of the new guys would enjoy it. I haven't gotten to try any of them myself nor have I even gotten to see/taste/touch/smell/caress/........my Herbert.

Totally tried these when I first got my Herbert and they were very extreme in some cases. I have no idea how you can roll the gain that high on some of the channel 2+ settings let alone the 3 settings. I think I was just overwhelmed with how saturated the amplifier can get and how bassy the amp can get with some of those deep settings. I have found sweet spots on the gain knob in the 10:00-11:30 range really and the tone knobs are typically near center. The presence and deep knobs really contour the sound from there. Amazing amp, and a little goes a long long way. Lowering the gain and using medium to medium high output pickups along with your articulation really makes the beast shine.

Once in a while I pull out the chart and mess with settings... but kinda always end-up with the same settings. Pretty much flat except on channel 1, I lower the treble because I'm a jackass who only plays his bridge pickup..

it reminds me the very first time I played Herbert in a guitar store.... played channel one a little, then 2-, 2+ was cool... then 3 with the midcut. Every settings were at noon yet it sounded GODLY. My singer and I just found the holy grail of tone... After a while I told him "mess with the EQ, in case it can get better" he say "impossible to sound better than that"

Sorry for bumping this one, but I had the chart a year ago but lost it when my computer broke.

Could the OP please upload a working file?
