For my own opionion and don´t take me wrong
they have not the details of the EL34BSTR.
But I like it best among the JJ tubes.
I would go for 40 milliamps each tube, but remember
You adjust a pair.

well i played a show last night with them, and i was blown away!! normally im a 6l6 kinda guy, this is a nice marriage of a 6l6 and a el 34 for me. My cleans were nice like 6l6 cleans but my dirts had a very pleasent vocal quality. with my hands and guitars (andersons with medium-hot output pickups) it is a perfect match 
. i think i will be using these for a while. Thanks for the advice Peter, not to mention the best amps in the world
