Touch sensitive and “immediate” is how I would describe my Carlsbro, it’s really got its own feel going on. It’s not that fighting kind of feel though, there just is so little sag when you hit the string that it takes a little getting used to.

His mods always sound great. Anyone have an opinion on how his mods sound through V30's? In his videos he generally uses that cab with old greenbacks in it.

So maybe it's just me, as that amp sounds great (as do all the other Hermansson clips I've heard for a long time, but I don't hear barely any mids in those clips and that sound doesn't sound to me like it'll cut in many band scenarios. . Again maybe it's just me and my ears are definitely getting old.. .I use Splawns mostly and modded Marshalls, and love many of my other amps, but they all have more mids. . It does sound similar to my old Fortin Jose modded JCM800 in a mid-shifted mode. . . Anyway, I'm not one for saying 'so and so amp reallly cuts in a band mix" as most do to me, but that doesn't sound like it would.. What do you guys say? (p.s. fearhk213's comment above is a good one)
