I remember seeing this a while back and just wishing for more cool insight like this. Not all the drama and negative shit from Some Kinda Monster just good stuff. Hetfield was my one of my heroes growing up and even now I still have mad respect for all he's done.

Same here man. Heard the Battery riff randomly on the TV in the background. Had to look it up on youtube. I could watch stuff like this all day every day.

I just love Metallica and although they have changed over the years, I'll always have a soft spot for that band especially because the songs from Kill Em' All, Ride the Lightning, and Master of Puppets basically were the soundtrack to my teenage years.

I know it is easy to dismiss the band now with them being so popular worldwide but I remember myself and literally a handful of other kids at my school that liked the band. Most people thought they were too heavy and people didn't get it. The first big riff I learned as a kid was Master of Puppets.

I'm (still) a fanboy.
For me, Hetfield always had a certain presence/aura thing surrounding him. I'm positive a lot of guys would shit their pants when Hetfield enters the room (me too probably). Anyway, it would be interesting to see more of this personal stuff, but on the other side it might destroy that aura thing. Who knows...

Are they going to release a new album in the next 15 years or what? I enjoyed quite a big portion of DM (musically, not the mix).
