Well just got an update via some news links of what happened and it was not pretty...

Also learned that the link I posted earlier, the "Chasing Pancho" link here - http://www.gotcanyons.net/vid/pancho.wmv - my buddy Danny was the "Pancho" being chased in the vid...cleary an experienced rider.

Danny was a smoking hot guitar player too, left a bunch good friends and family behind. I'm going to play some deafening volume guitars for him today, loud enough that he should be able to hear them wherever he's at.

Sorry about this bro, I lost a fellow crotch rocket rider and have another friend's sister that drools on herself cause she thought helmuts were un-cool and a drunk boyfriend on a cruiser

My wife's cousin showed up last year on his new Ducati 996 and I would not get on it, it would just light the fire again for the need for speed. When you were here I should have shown you the leather pants with the knee plates showing from the days.

Bringing my own bit of temporary closure to this...My buddies wake was yesterday and although I wasn't able to attend I was very much there in spirit. Good friends are hard to come by, and a measure of ones life is not always just the number of immediate friends you have. His family had counted on maybe a few dozen people showing up for this ceremony - it turned into a standing rooom only event with the room filled to capacity, over 300 people were in attendance.

Danny, we're gonna miss you down here bro...I promise to bring the pain with extreme volume in your honor at every opportunity
