Honestly I could care less about climate change and I will oppose whatever they want to make us do about it. I'm open if someone wanted to convince me, but given they don't appear to even allow debate, I'm not optimistic. You keep bringing up the “story”.

I have yet to see a single study that shows the planet has not been getting warmer the last couple hundred years

I have yet to see a single study that doesn’t show increased co2 levels in the atmosphere

I have yet to see a single study to show that co2 does not act as a greenhouse gas

Those 3 things are undeniable.
You can add whatever ever you want to it it, but it doesn’t change those three things. Be as crazy as you want with it but there is not a single thing that will show that the co2 we introduce into the atmosphere is not making it warmer than it would be without it. It’s absolutely that simple. I’m not saying it’s the only contributing factor, but it is the only one that we as humans can control.

The problem is there is no experiment which could be devised that could account for all the myriad complex variables and dynamics that comprise the earth's climate. Everything has to be modeled which involves various assumptions which may or may not be true.

The most you can hope to do is correlate a rise in temperature with some other (man-made) variable, but this isn't a controlled experiment — it's observational.
