high gain midi capable amp heads

looking for info on 100W amp heads that are midi capable ? I am building a midi rig with my eleven rack and midi board, and want to get an amp I can do the switching with through my set up. I am not familiar with midi stuff, so opinions are appreciated. I am contemplating a 50w evh head, but would rather have a 100w head if possible.

Except the Amp Gizmo won't switch the effects loop on a normal 100watt 5150III.
