Last week I got a Torpedo Live, and I wasn't able to do some IR uploading and tweaking until yesterday.

Man, this thing rocks!
Finally get to crank the Fryette Sig:X and the Engl Savage 60 at home!
For now I've focussed on Mesa 4x12 recto-cab IR's (got some Ownhammers to compare to the stock Two Notes CalifC, and the previous owner had some Mesa OS4x12's already loaded in the user banks).

Especially the Savage 60 seems to shine with those Mesa IR's (although the Kerozen and the 'Eddie' 2x12 ain't no slouches either); still have to find some sweet spot to get the Sig:X sounding like in the room (I'm typically using a 2x12 closed back cab with a V30 and a G12K85 for it), especially to get that open medium-gain tone on the Rhythm channel.

Anyway, I'm a happy camper and glad to have it.

If anyone has some good suggestions of the better Two Notes or online (free?) IR's, I'm all ears.
Already dug the LeBoutique "Angl Pro 30" a lot more than the stock AnglVintC.

Congrats! My favorite add-on cabs are:

• Brownyback (EVH cab)
• Indiana (KSR cab w/Lynchback)
• HopPole BigBoy 212 (I bought 3 models)
- K100
- Redback
- Alnico Cream
• HopPole BigBeast 412 (V30 - this cab is amazingly)
• Fried25 (Friedman Greenback)
• Revv Closed 412

There are a few others but I’m away from my studio right now. I VASTLY prefer the Two Notes cabs vs traditional IR’s personally. Also when you buy fro La Boutique the prices get cheaper if you get 5 cabs or more at a time. It’s like $8 for one cab or $27-30 for five cabs depending on current exchange rates. I always buy 5.

I got some of the new Fortin cabs as well and they sound killer but can’t remember the models. Great for modern stuff and 7-string riffage.

Congrats on buying one of the best piece of gear! Please post in the #two notes section# subforum of manufacturers! Lots of info and suggestions can be found there. I ve also made some clips demonstrating some virtual cabs. My favorite ones are the califhorizontal, the bogner 4x12 and the laboga 4x12. Here are some clips. Mesa boogie mark 3 blue stripe
