Last week I got a Torpedo Live, and I wasn't able to do some IR uploading and tweaking until yesterday.
Man, this thing rocks!
Finally get to crank the Fryette Sig:X and the Engl Savage 60 at home!
For now I've focussed on Mesa 4x12 recto-cab IR's (got some Ownhammers to compare to the stock Two Notes CalifC, and the previous owner had some Mesa OS4x12's already loaded in the user banks).
Especially the Savage 60 seems to shine with those Mesa IR's (although the Kerozen and the 'Eddie' 2x12 ain't no slouches either); still have to find some sweet spot to get the Sig:X sounding like in the room (I'm typically using a 2x12 closed back cab with a V30 and a G12K85 for it), especially to get that open medium-gain tone on the Rhythm channel.
Anyway, I'm a happy camper and glad to have it.
If anyone has some good suggestions of the better Two Notes or online (free?) IR's, I'm all ears.
Already dug the LeBoutique "Angl Pro 30" a lot more than the stock AnglVintC.
