Do Herbert's frequently break down, with no sign of progress being made to find a permanent solution? Does Deizel continually fuck over their costumers, selling them a faulty product and not taking responsibility for it? Did they "redesign" the Herbert after knowing about these issues, and still not address them?

Maybe ? Depends on who and when you ask .... but I do not think that is the case. Peter does not run his business that way.

Casey I have no problem at all with what you decide and am sure you well do something you feel is fair. Your post on this thread have led me to believe you well do what you see is right.
My rule of thumb has always been if someone screws me over what ever happens to them is not my fault. Believe me I have done much worse things to people who have wronged me.
My question above is only theoretical and just wanted to change one of the variables.

I know the Fed Ex driver on my route nearly lost his job over a printer he accidently left at my house. I called the 800 number and they told me not to worry about it just to hold it.

2 weeks later in the evening the Fed Ex driver came by asking if he accidently dropped off a printer, I said yeah here it is in the box. He thanked me profusely and said he was going to lose his job over it. I gave him my number to call in case any of his supervisors wanted to talk to me because I told Fed Ex about the package long ago and they pretty much told me to hold onto it and ignored me.

if they dropped it off WITHOUT a sig. they can't prove they left ANYTHING at your place.

In my situation Fed Ex put the responsibility on the driver and he was going to lose his job over it, no sig, he just dropped it off on my porch. What kind of person would I be to allow some guy to lose a job over a printer I dont even really need?

Oh, that's awesome. I'm so relieved somebody found those, as I had misplaced them after a bender and was worried I would never get them back.

PM me so I can give you my address details and you can get them shipped back to me. We can split the shipping charges.
