I like a pretty girl as much as the next dude but this YT phenomenon of the hot chick playing the guitar or the drums or whatever is just stupid to me now. I guess it's the new way of trying to get some kind of career i guess. I find it incredibly lame. Maybe if they had a vid of them in their killer band, but I've never seen it.

Shredding doesn't impress me. It's the same as studying. Learning and memorizing previously established knowledge.

It's as if she's rehearsing the solo for the talent portion of a Beauty Pagent.

The perfect smile move is a little weird looking in this case

She appears to have had professional coaching.

Clearly there is a very supportive parent behind her. She has a FAQ video in her twitter feed where she shows off (in addtion to her Splawn amp) about $3,000 worth of guitars and as she mentions has just turned 18. I kinda wish my folks had been that supportive.

I love <sarcasm> how in the Sweet Child video after her second lead break the soundman gets angry that she's better than him and completely buries her guitar in the mix to the point you almost can't hear her playing after that including the two main solos!

I'll give it up for her doing the band thing and recording original tunes. I think they suck and she has a weird vibrato like most shredder types who try and play bluesy rock (sweet child vid) but all the same she's working it and giving it a go....
