Verily, for this be'ith a performance of virtuosity to be sure!

Yet how can we be certain that this minstrel 'tis truly a maiden? This knight recall'eth that many a year ago, bewitched was I by ye beauty and song of a quartet of lasses! So taken was I with theire charms that they became prominent players in all mine most erotic fantasies!

Alas, it was many a fortnight later that this knight was sicken'd to discover that these were in fact not maidens at all, but rather menfolk whom were known collectively as Poison!

This post now concludeth!
You're my favorite poster.

Does anybody else have a bold medieval voice in their head when they read this Knight's posts?

I'm just happy she is listening to and playing rock instead of some rap oh techno hip hop shit.

It is part about her being a chic. They are the main music buying demographic. Women made the hair metal thing happen. Everybody knows you have made it big when you see women in the audience.

Now if we can get the rest of the women out there listening to rock, then maybe we can get more rock gigs. Money a music follow the vag...

Regardless of sex, there are very few people here (from what I've heard) who could play the "Over the Mountain" solo as well as she did in that first vid. The other vids I posted were in response to those who assumed she couldn't play with a band or do anything original (not a fan of her originals but good fer her that she's writing and performing them). She clearly has some work to do, especially on the "little" things that set the best players apart (vibrato, bends/intonation, dynamics, etc) but is well on her way, and quite frankly at 19 plays better than the majority of forum folk who post up clips...if you think I might be talking about you, I probably am

I would think more people would find it refreshing to see a kid with this kind of passion for actually developing her talents rather than panning her for not being perfect.

She is playing out and chasing the dream.

...and she'll ended up getting millions of hits anyway.

i hate this combination of guitar/youtube/tits bringing down the general consensus of what good guitar playing actually is. i'm not saying there are no great female guitarists, i'm just saying maybe we should all give the ugly ones a chance, too, or maybe even close our eyes while we listen and let our ears sort things out instead of our naughty bits.

She needs an mxr micro amp or something for her leads . I just see her spastic hands going crazy but I dont hear anything..lol

No one has really talked about the Splawn!! You guys are slacking!!

Meh.....if this was a dude who posted this, I wouldn't be impressed. Because she has a vajayjay I'm supposed to think this is awesome? Well, no.....

Perfectly stated. I was playing this solo note for note before I was shaving.

OK, side note: Think she "shaves"? I can't stop wondering.

Spastic is right. She needs to learn to RELAX. Sometimes (most of the time, in fact) less is MORE.

I just watched the first episode of Metal Evolution, the documentary by Banger Films (Sam Dunn & Scott McFayden) and Yngwie did state in it that MORE is MORE.

I'm a bit more inclined to believe Yngwie over ...well, just about anyone :D.

OK, let me reposition this then.

Although "more" is always technically "more" (just as Yngwie states), "more" is not always "better".

For example, consider a shit stain on the sleeve of your shirt. If the amount of shit in the stain was increased, would the shirt or the stain be "better".

I didn't think so.

Your logic is unbeatable sir!

By covering the entire shirt in shit stains, they would no longer look like stains but rather a part of the shirt's overall design...much better than waking around in an obviously stained shirt.

Yngwie says "More is better...even with shit stains"
