Rik and the whole band are fantastic. Saw the thunder seven tour back in the day.I have a shoebox of all my concert tickets. Just over 347. Triumphs live show is is still in my top 5 list of all time.

Thunder Seven is my favorite Triumph album. Fantastic !
This album is so good. Produced by Eddie Kramer. Easily their best sounding album.
The songwriting and playing/performances on this are stellar.

I really enjoy the earlier records, but the production and tones were not great in my opinion. The performances were always top notch.

I love Triumph. I think I have everything on CD, and should revisit them after this. I love the entire series of albums they did where Side 1 was 4 hard rocking songs, but Side 2 would put a classical guitar piece, a blues piece, a jazz piece, etc. just exploring. They were so broad in their abilities, and those other genres don't sound like a rock band exploring.....they could really play it.

Great band, Allied Forces is my favorite album, but Just a Game and Thunder Seven are right up there. Still need to pickup up their live album and their first two.

Saw the title and I thought you were talking about the motorcycle company. I can't imagine playing guitar and singing at the same time. For me it's too much to concentrate on. Speaking of Canada, isn't Annihilator from Canada?

Great, great Band!

My first concert was Allied Forces tour in Cobo Hall in Detroit MI. I've also recorded at Metalworks Studios in Mississauga and met Gil Moore there. One day when we there one of the gas tanks in my truck (dual tanks) sprung a small leak somehow. After hours in the studio we came out and there was this gigantic puddle - I remember telling everyone DONT LIGHT A SMOKE!, NOBODY LIGHT UP! We pushed my truck about 50 feet away from the fuel puddle, I fired it up and drove it around to the doors to load up some gear. Then drove us home after staring at it for quite awhile and determined all the fuel was gone.
