How is it possible for Biden to have undetected Prostate Cancer?

This makes no sense to me. I am just over 50 and for the last 10 years I have yearly blood work done. One of the checks is a PSA. It's a simple blood panel that detects the presence of a Prostate cancer risk. The Cancer Biden has I guess takes 7 years to get to the point it is now. Are you telling me he hasn't had a PSA test since 2014 like he claims? If so, he's even dumber than I thought.

Either way, they had to know about it while he was president. Unless he has the worst doctors in Presidential history.

One thing I would bet my life on, is they knew about it in 2024 and let him run anyway. Seems like there is a zero chance we weren't lied too.
