How much ram on a Mac Mini for recording?

32 GB? 64GB? I’m sure someone will say that the more RAM the better, but I don’t want to overspend on features that are not necessary. I’m planning to use Logic Pro. Any feedback on this will be much appreciated.
 
Are you using a lot of plugins or virtual instruments? How long do you plan to keep it. Personally I would opt 64 because it would just last a lot longer and you wouldn’t worry about bottlenecking.
 
RAM in an audio production context is almost specifically good for virtual instrument use. If you use a lot of instruments or particularly big ones, you want more RAM.
