How to tighten floyd jiggle on this graphtec FR?

I cant figure this thing out. Hole in the bottom doesn't connect to a screw, the arm goes in push in style and is held by a spring but how do I stop it rocking at the base portion? Where the hell is the tighten function..

that keeps the bar in place.. I think Geo above might be right, I need to slack the strings, pull this thing and see if from the bottom I can tighten it up while holding top. I can't see how else it would work.

should be a nut that you can tighten from the bottom (if this works like the OFR push in bars) I don't see one , pull the trem and see if the chamber is threaded, if it is you need that locking nut.
