Cab was the TwoNotes Friedman 412 w/65 watt Celestions. Load box was the UA OX in direct mode (bypassing the UA cabs). My interface is a PreSonus Quantum 2626 Thunderbolt using Logic for my DAW. FCPX for editing the video ?

Sounds really good but it doesn't cut like a Marshall. The lows and highs just don't punch to my ears. But I'd still rock the hell out of that amp ? .. pitch shift just adds that pinch of salt to a great recipe that is 80's guitar tone. You need it for that huge sound.

That rack is impressive - tone for days! Do you run the effects in parallel and mix using CC commands or do you run them in series and switch them in and out with the GCX like pedals?

I run them all parallel and I have the capability to do CC commands but have yet to re-program it since I sold my JP2C. For now, I just unmute the channels manually on the SM10 rack mixer.

Amp...whole rig sounds great and killer playing man. I love the TS.

To be fair any amp run through that particular rig is going to lose some dynamics--it's an 80s tone after all! You can get a more raw Marshall tone obviously by backing off the FX. Swapping for a SS rec helps the feel and immediacy as well. Not nuts on but there is KERRANG there.

Well, I personally would love to hear the differences between the Ecstacy and SLO...so those haha

I really like the tone when that pitch shifting comes in. What’s a good stomp box that can do something similar?
