I think these girls are great!
Showed them to my Daughters last nite and they immediately started texting their friends about them!
They are the same age as my Girls. My 17 year old Son thought they were lame though..... :D
Good for him! Hes a man. Personally think its shit, and as far as overproduced, song-writer written, parents funded projects go, Ive seen better on the Disney Channel. o wait.

You guys are unbelievable. Want to hear little girls play music? Go to your local pop-punk venue. There is almost always an all girl band that preforms there and who at least put on a fun live show. Granted they can suck from time to time (80% of the time), and the crowd will often suck, the feeling is there and at least theres some emotion and personality.

It is okay if you do not like them, but heck they are 12 years old and doing this well, hard to not at least appreciate that.
I can appreciate that. But right now I am watching 14 year old introverted kids play solos that I will never hope to be able to accomplish, and only because I saw them wearing a band that I really respect and had a guitar with me. Granted they are gunna be virgins for the next 20 years, but that's serious dedication, just need some encouragement and discipline (and aggressive friends). And a serious disconnect from their parents and normal social groups. Okay maybe Im a misogynist, a heavy metal dude, and destined to live in a shitty part of New Jersey and sound like a retard all the time, but gotta encourage those little assholes, there's innovative music to be made.

Very cool. It's neat seeing them begin maturing from their covers earlier on to the live NAMM show. I think their Spin video is great.

If I had to put in in a single word though it would be "cute."

Love seeing carefree kids (these are literally kids) just having a great time with music. If they stay at it I think they're on their way to releasing some great tunes.

Cool, good on em!
Catchy stuff, much better than what I was playing at that age

band named after lea thompson's band in Howard the Duck?

I understand everything you say, you remind me of myself 20 years ago when unless you were hardcore and only one style it is not cool. I am not dissing you I just have evolved a lot as I have gotten older and even though this is somewhat generic it is much better than the stuff Disney is putting out. I thought for a pop song it was pretty catchy, I found myself singing it during the day, which means it stuck with me.

Again not dogging you at all, I know where you are coming from as I used to hate all but hard core metal, now I like country, jazz, rock, fusion, blues, pop, etc... pretty much anything where there are actually musical instruments used and not just computers doing the work. Seeing the live stuff these girls did tell me they love what they do and take it serious.

Kudos to them from me, and I wish them well and hope they make it far. I show no angst against anybody trying to make music a career, it is difficult, time consuming and absorbing no matter what style it is, lots of dedication is needed. Maybe their parents are paying there way, but I know a few death metal bands who's mommas have done the same.
