Good luck with whatever you figure out. Although one thing that I would do with that inventory is probably start a small business renting it out for recording purposes. I had considered doing that because I met a lot of kids doing demos with crap gear. I would call some local studios and offer your rental services.

I would sell stuff that you don't play much and that is readily available either new or on the used market. That way you can always buy back that gear if you have to in the future.

If you are looking to move a 4x12, let me know! I think that I am definately in the market since this band thing seems to be working out. I would be interested in any of the Marshalls you may be looking to let go of. Would also be willing to drive down to pick it up as well....
