I got struck by lightning today!

...sort of.

While playing during a thunderstorm, the split second I saw a nice bright light, I got zapped through my guitar strings! Nothing much, but just enough to reinforce the fact that it's probably smarter leaving electronics off and even better, unplugged, during a storm. :yes:
 
It has stormed with heavy rain and lightning every single day for over a week here... and I've been playing through it all.

Odds are, I'm next. :aww:
 
I live in the woods with trees all over. When that lightning starts hitting in the yard I unplug the amp from the wall, not to mention the computer.
 
That's rad dood. Give this guy a call, he might have some future tips for ya on how to avoid that shit . . .

its has been storming here all day as well.. i unplug everything that has cost alot of cashola.. amps,computers, 60" flatscreen "whom i love more than my wife", xbox.. shit like that.. but i have always done that during lightening storms..
