Now before I get to what I actually have to say, I wanted to apologize for my postings that are just 100% noob and fail sauce. Haha.

Anyway to get to my point, I wanted to thank Diezel company for making me a better guitar player with their perfect quality amps. The VH4 made me get my ass in gear as I was able to hear flaws in my playing that I could not hear through the lower quality amps I had played through before. This has honestly made me so much better and if I ever have success in the music industry, well let's just say, I owe you one.

I would also like to thank Tom for helping me out when I freak out and think my amp is going to die haha. You are the best man! I know I know, they are built like tanks haha.

And last, I would like to thank Ventura. Without you man, I would probably still be deciding on which cab I would want haha. Thanks for all the countless other little things you have guided me on too!

Thank you.

Hey, your welcome Cam. I was just helping a fellow Diezel brother out. I am just glad we got your VH4 back up and running.

...........and yes, you are correct, Diezels are built like tanks for the winsauce.

I really wish I was not gasin for a Hagen right now. :aww:

Long live Diezel :inlove:

Well I greatly appreciate it!

Oh snap! Looks like you will need to get one!?

I still don't get it, the VH-4 hides all my mistakes... I love it... play on an older modded JCM 800 or a SLO 100, or even a VHT amp, now THAT will show your mistakes :)

Let's just put it at this haha, I am still pretty young and the Diezel is the first "real" amp I have played. Before my VH4 I was playing through an old Polytone 104 ( that was my dads ) and a couple small little Fender Practice amps. Those really hide your mistakes. About 13 years ago ( I was around 7 years old ) my dad had an old Hiwatt ( maybe? ) half stack, but I never played it before he had to get rid of it... sad day... lol that is pretty much, before my VH4, the only "real" amp I had been in the presence of.

Well, I don't wanna say I'm jumping ship with the VH4S to the Hagen, hence the fact I stated I'm keeping my V around. At least till I know what the Hagen can do in my semi-capable hands ;)

We'll see, but there's a lot riding on the Hagen to ursurp my V, damn straights, it HAS to deliver!!

Yeah(!) and who says because you get a hagen, you can't keep your V? As with every model for Diezel, none of them sound exactly similar. So its just a whole new world of TONE!!!! Pure raw delicious tone. I guess thats the only thing, I believe, that Diezels have in common; that delicious pure crushing in your face tone. Other then that, every amp model is just so different. From what I hear at least.

No doubt that the hagen will deliver like a boss!

I cannot describe Diezel tone other than "rubbery metallic 3 dimensionality [sic]", and that's certainly not flattering upon first read, but to me, it's the only thing that really explains the inherent tone of a Diezel amp. It's got that thick bounce to it, with an edge. Rubber. And I say this MOST respectfully, as it's something I really love

Aaaaah, I need to get off this forum, and out of my children laden house. I'm losing my marbles

Hell yeah man! That is it! It just fucking crushes. I played my VH4 along side a kid at guitar center, when I was trying out that VHT cab, who was playing a line6 head through a custom bogner uberschall ( I think it was custom with a black and white snake skin tolex) cab, that was sold to them by some dude who need money, and my VH4 obviously destroyed that line6 haha. I think the VHT has a lot to do with the delicious sound also. I would have thought that bogner cab would have maybe helped that shitty head out lol. The VH4 destroyed every amp in there and people were creaming their jeans because of the tone and the fact that, around here, they mostly have only seen it online.

Haha its all good! I must say, I never like forums too much... but Rig talk is different. I like all of the people I have met on here so far haha. Plus it gives me something to stay semi music related at my job, which is really far from any musical relation haha.
