I haven't heard many strats sound good doing Zep/Page until.

Nice!!! Digging that old beat-up Marshall sitting behind him too.

If that’s who I think it is, that’s Obeid Khan, the former amp designer for Crate & Reason amps. He’s a pretty good guitarist as well. He has his own line of amps called the Pak amp from Khan Audio that’s kind of interesting to me. Here it is: https://khanaudio.com/pak-amp

Not bad but still sounds like a strat to me..to me that is one of those songs that needs a Les Paul to sound right..

Sometimes I can't hear one way or another. I remember the first time I heard that Eddie Van Halen used a Gibson on some of the songs on the first album and I wanted to jump off a building. LOL!

I'm a huge Les Paul fan. It is my "go to" which wasn't the case for the first five or so years I was playing guitar. I was always a hot-rodded Strat guy. Once I got a Les Paul, then it was SG, Explorer, etc. Became addicted to that tone. Les Pauls just have this rounded sound with nice low end. When I hear it, I know it.....normally. Haha!

What's impressive is that I fairly certain this strat still has single coils in it. I don't think he minihumbuckered it. I'd like to know what pickups he is running. The amp is a 68 50 watt plexi.
