IT's actually a God Send. I had to quit taking lessons fromTerry because he is an hour away from me and I could not swing it financially. Now having Carl live literally 15 minutes away has opened up the door for me again...Plus I I learned a ton from him in the few hours I was over his house !!tweed":20z6j1v7 said:You Punk Bastard!! I really enjoy some of the YouTube vids I've seen with him in them. His playing has some really great note selection and phrasing.

man, that's awesome. taking lessons from someone really good just makes you a better player. i've grown leaps and bounds with a local guy here who is fantastic. i've been meaning to order his (roa's) instructional DVD. i printed out his lydian lesson. its great. anyway, stuff like this is what reminds me why i started playing guitar in the first place and gives me the same fire/determination/joy as when i was first starting out.
