i like some electronic/industrial music...

Certainly.the thing with industrial is...

Newer industrial is basically dance music.

Anything tagged industrial will be influenced in some way by NIN.

I havent finished writing it yet.but guitars will come in when the chorus comes in.that will be the "ministry" part.

I prefer 90s industrial.( 16 volt,skinny puppy,the above mentioned,prick,early manson,merzebow)
80s industrial is more " noise " ( throbbing gristle,EN,Coil,whitehouse etc.)

Newer bands i dig are dawn if ashes,hanzel und gretyl,suicide commando,unter null,stray,reaxion guerilla,alien vampires,wumpscut,and nolongerhuman.
 
Sounds really cool! I like the artists you listed as well. Lately I've listening a lot to a DJ called Skizm.
 
My first foray into industrial was through a movie called Hardware. Ministry, Gwar, PIL all had music and Lemmy was a cab driver.

It's not oscar material. Dude scavenges parts in a post apocalyptic world. His girlfriend makes art out of the parts. He brings home a military robot head, it wakes up, tries to kill everyone. A little rough around the edges but entertaining enough.

ministry and Al Jourgensen at their best!!
 
Right around 1:02 it gets NIN'ish for sure. Like Trent's throwing down one of his usual grooves.

I like it. Should be able to really rock this song up if you want, or add some low key character to it. I like it.
