In the beginning, all I knew was to keep my job, I had to get the jab. Mind you, I don't get sick and haven't even had the flu or any other illness since 1997. But there are people depending on me at home...
We were told, like many other American workers, jab or no job.
Like many, I HAVE to work.
I HAVE to have that paycheck.

Did I want the jab? No
Did I want and need to keep my job? Yes

It's a downer to think your own countrymen/brothers look down upon you because of a jab and the concern of taking care of your family...

Like i said, I am not trying to ruffle your feathers or come off as disrespectful, just sucks to read "I should be ashamed"

I feel for everyone in this situation but can't understand why I don't hear more of you speak up and display their outrage.

BUT:

You didn't HAVE to get the so-called vaccine. Stand up for yourself, make them fire you, and start looking for another job. But you chose to play russian roulette for a paycheck. Gonna be pretty hard to earn that paycheck with a massive stroke, blood clots, heart attack, etc.

Again. A terrible situation to be in and every public agency, politician, employer, etc, that put you in that position should be held accountable.
