When I built my son's amp, I had an idea that it would sound best with Scumback speakers. I was right. I made a few tester clips. Lots of clams and tuning issues, but they will give you a great idea of how good the Scummies sound IMO. BTW, I am not affiliated with Scumbacks in any way other than a big fan and now neighbor (not good for the wallet, LOL!)

Part 1: M75's DD3 in loop

Part 2:M75's no effects

Part 3: J75's

Seriously LOVE my Scumbacks!!!

Love yours too, they should great

Nice Carl. It was nice seeing Jim work. I did not see any Tecate cans on the floor. hahaha

Ok, that's just downright mean, mister! LOL I had to listen to Carl tune that guitar six times cuz it had fresh strings. That's work right there! Ain't it?

How you doin' Jim? If you would have had a few, you probably would not tell Carl was out of tune. Nice demo room by the way.

What watts were the m75's? They had a nice squawk to them.

Maybe Jim will chime in, but I believe they were the 65 watt 16 ohm ones.

Yeah, those were the M75 65w 16 ohms in one of my 69 spec straight cabs.

Mark1970: Normally Carl and I would have had a few beers but his daughter was along, so...rather than enhance the "bad Jim Seavall" reputation I already have, I just played it cool and hung out. There is a fridge in there, by the way...with plenty of Tecates in it...but I didn't need any crushed to keep the door open like the LA AMP Show.

Demo room will be a lot nicer when the wall/ceiling treatments/coverings are up and I don't have to rely on blue moving blankets to kill the echo. ;)

My daughter was a trooper. She recorded the clips and put up with Jim and I playing very loud through his plexi 50 and Express clone as well as the amp I built for my son. Unbeknown to you, I had my beer before I came over... That's probably why I couldn't tune up well....

sounds great man. I'm totally addicted to these damn speakers, I knew I should have never tried them. Hate these things, they totally ruined me.

Sorry, sir. I'm forming an online support group for Scumback addiction...you could moderate (or facilitate) that, if you like. ;)

Thanks for all you've done, by the way, too.
