About $2K without the cab if in good shape in the US. 25% less if in Europe.

They are worth a bit more than a vertical input 2203, which seem to go for 2500 on average so I'd say that's a good price since you'd get the cab for free essentially. The black tolex Jubilees also have the final preamp design, which seems to have more low end than the first early 87 versions.
No, it won't necessarily need work at all. Caps don't always have to be changed on these amps. Check the underside of them first...any large bulges or white material coming out of them, yes change them. But, if the amp doesn't have that AND it sounds punchy like it should, keep the original caps.
60+ Marshalls and counting for me over the years....only 1...needed the caps changed.

If you pick it up, make sure you run one of the Master volumes at 6 or more, or the amp can sound thin. I always ran the Output master on 10 which essentially makes it a solid 2 channel amp.

I personally think that’s way too much considering people are hurting right now. If he wants to fish for an offer he doesn’t deserve a high one.

Yeah it's the 1936 cab that's in the ad I actually already have one but two is better than one I guess

It's an OK price, not great. With a 4x12, it would have been better of course. Still, if close to you, in great shape and really wanting a Jubilee, go for it ! I'd propose $2,500. $2,300 would be right, but too far from asking price for bargaining.
