I never really gave this album a try, well I'm checking it out now

Whenever I do my orders for my product at work, I like to pick some random hard rock/metal album I haven't heard before, or listened to it all to play in the background. Sometimes it'll be Megadeth, sometimes Anthrax, Marty Friedman, Yngwie, Jason Becker, Vai, Satriani, whoever. Today I'm giving DLR's Eat 'em And Smile a shot. I've heard Yankee Rose several times and it's not my fav song, I don't care for it much, in fact. However, overall, this album is pretty damn good so far. More of DLR's goofy DLR'isms, but Vai is killing the guitar work on this album, and DLR's goofy vocal antics aren't really too much on this. I'm enjoying this listen.

Killer album and they were great live on that tour. Vai and Sheehan were mind blowing to see live as a 17 year old kid.

Great album, Shy Boy intro is insane. I remember Guitar For The Practicing Musician had that transcription and I spent countless hours trying to learn it and never got it. Tobacco Road remake was excellent too.
