So, I said I wouldn't buy another one of these USA EVH wolfgangs but I decided to give it another shot(plus I got a great deal) Now, there's no denying that these new wolfs play amazing because they do, and they sound good. The problem is the cheap hardware and the crazy price they charge new. IMO, any guitar over $2k with an original floyd should have a german floyd, not the korean version. I don't care if all the manufacturers "say" its to the same spec as the german, if it was it wouldn't be cheaper for them to use. There is also plenty of articles on how Ed was destroying them and decided to replace it with a german floyd. For a $3k guitar to come with a korean floyd with a steel block is a little ridiculous. Thats one of my only gripes with these because like I said, they play good. That and the cheap evh branded tuners but thats more of a cosmetic thing. I'm going to replace the floyd with an original and brass block which should improve it quite a bit.
Looks like the previous owner of this one didn't play it,could pass for new. All in all, a good playing guitar that with a few small improvements can be a great guitar

I love the Stealth. I have a quilt top USA and the fucking D-Tuna was a nightmare. I got rid of it and swapped out the cheapo trem with an original Floyd.

And you'd think that Fender would at least include another trem spring with such an expensive guitar.

I was never a fan of the evh Wolfgang, until I saw that exact stealth one, it's a beaut, have fine with her I wish I could.

Nice, I got that color as well. The D-tuna,-man I don't know what I'm doing wrong but I cant keep mine in tune.

Trust me, dude. You're not the only one. I followed their instructions on setting up the D-Tuna to the T and still it was a PITFA

And I'm willing to bet that anyone who says that they can keep their EVH Wolfgang perfectly in tune while using the D-Tuna, isn't checking with a tuner when they pull it out and push it back in.
