I spend money with your company and I don't get no Bit O' Honeys?!?

Who do I write a sternly worded letter to? Or should I just make an angry phone call? I ordered a box of 25 sets of strings by D'Addario (the best strings on earth) and I got packaging inside from Sweetwater (even though Gear Nuts was the seller i purchased from on Reverb) and a little bag of candy in a Sweetwater bag. I thoroughly enjoyed the Smarties, the root beer piece and the 2 fruit flavored peppermint looking discs but NO BIT O' HONEYS!!! What the fuck bro? I mean c'mon!
 
Gear Nuts is Sweetwater's ID on Reverb. I think they use it when liquidating things below normal price.

But not getting a Bit O' Honey is a crime!

I got one BOH in the latest sweetwater order. It wasn't even a $100 order. I told my wife about it and she came home from the grocery store with an entire box!

I’m 50/50 on this… They should definitely stand up to their statement, but I’m not one to order a guitar online, & take the gamble.. Should be more like selecting a horse.. However I understand not everyone lives close to a music shop..

You want to write them a strongly worded letter after they did you a favor?.... confused... (Those are trash, I said it.)
 
The laffy taffys and the flavored tootsie rolls are the best.

It's an example of corporate accounting at it's finest since per oz it's more expensive to deliver bit o honeys than it is laffy taffy, smarties, tootsie rolls, or root beer barrels.
