I WANT A KNAGGS!!!!!

if I had the cash, I would be all over a KNAGGS!! they sound great, look pretty damn cool, but I have never played one, so I don't know how they play. Doug Rappoport sounds great on them!!

Anybody else want a Knaggs? Which model??
 
I want a Kenai Tier 1 someday but that will probably not happen
 
I've been gasing for one hard. I haven't even played one yet and I live in Maryland! The model names come from tributaries to the Chesapeake Bay on which I spent a lot of time fishing when I was a kid. I'm thinking about picking one up after the holidays when I sell my rack.
 
LOL, Yeah those Rappoport vids have me jonesin for one too.

I've been looking at some LP customs but the Knaggs Kai model can be had for not much more especially if used.

I played one at the GC near Pittsburgh. The frets were small and the pickups weren't hot. Thats what i didn't like. Everything else was seriously nice. Top shelf workmanship! Played and sounded really nice!!
 
Are these guitars similar to PRS, since the owner worked there for awhile?

The Kenai looks awesome, being a Les Paul guy I've been intrigued by those for awhile now
 
Knaggs are great! I've got a Keya and Severn love both very well built guitars
 
Well I love my Les Paul's this is just a different beast. It gives you the Les Paul sound with tons of sustain and the notes have a nicer ring to them. The only thing is I wish the neck was a bit bigger, other than than no issues.

What does the different Tiers mean? I don't care for their website. Doesn't really show what the differences are or the specs (from what I can tell)
 
The Tiers are inlays markers and upgrades in woods for the tops and components.

Ah, I was wondering about that too, It seemed a lot of the tier one and two models looked pretty similar.
