For making this most insane new kick ass pedal...

The new Dirty Shirley pedal is beyond stupid amazing and I'm very impressed.

This pedal, is all rock (and then some), all day 24/7 with the best balance of note definition, feel and compression I have played to date. An instant classic IMO

With the tight switch up and the gain cranked upt, it totally fills the gap between my Carl Martin Lo-Gain Plex-tone and by JHS Andy Timmons boosted with an 808...

BTW, the JHS Andy Timmons boosted with an 808 is the the "uber shit" period for molten endless wanking, also the AT smokes regular AC version IMO (more gain on tap).

I have not used amps with gain now for about 16 moths now. Pedal Platform all the way, no FX loop just everything including modulation in front of an amp

My amp for over a year now is Fender "Michael Landau" <--- the shit for pedals only. I have tried a couple of other fenders, Morgan, Two-Rock, Dr. Z, yadda, yadda and this amp is has been my favorite PP amp.

GO BUY THIS PEDAL...

Cool, I’d like to hear it.

I just came off of years using pedals for gain. They were cool when doing covers but for my own stuff I prefer rich, thick tube based gain from a quality head.
They’re all just tools and pedals are fantastic these days.

We’re in a great time for gear.
I’d argue that if you can’t get good tone in 2017 with all the gear available you’re the problem!

Damn that sounds much better than the be-od!! Makes me think back to the days of boss metal zones and dod grunge pedals and just laugh! Lol. I'd like to try one as an overdrive into a crunchy Marshall

I had a BE-OD when I had my BE100... It was a great pedal but I like the Dirty Shirley pedal way more.

I am into lots of different tones and had about 50+ amps with gain for years... I just really love pedals into a fat clean tube combo canvas...

I never used to like comobs and pedals at all for ages, but I hear and feel things tone wise from an open back amp.

Andy Timons has some sick videos of pedal platform into Mesa Lonestars that are insane tone wise.

FWIW, In my quest to move away from high gain heads and larger cabs, I bought an axe-fx floor modeler and sent it back pretty quick. I felt that my my pedals into a tube amp sound were better sounding and feeling.

Right?! I love the Dirty Shirley pedal. Easily my favorite distortion pedal I've ever tried.

Ummm... UPDATE!!!

This pedal is still totally kicking my ass!!!
