Ibanez 1987 JEM neck = Wizard profile???

I was just playing an original 1987 Lochness Green JEM. The neck felt great. Is this the same profile as the Wizard, Wizard II, or Prestige?

Not 100% sure but I think it pre-dates the wizard and is slightly thicker D shape.

jemsite would have the definitive answer I imagine.

I think the JEM is a slightly different profile than either the Wizard or Prestige. Jemsite has a lot of that info.

it doesn't predate the wizard.

however,

it's not a wizard.


It's a Jem profile. Slightly thicker, especially at the nut.
