If I buy a CAA/Suhr PT-100...

Depends. When I got mine, I ended up selling my XTC, however I kept my Herbert. The PT100 is a great amp, and it covers a ton of ground, but IMO its easier to leave the super-ultra-heavy modern rock tones to other amps. This is not to say the PT100 isn't "modern" sounding, it just doesn't easily deliver the kind of tones that are the main point of amps like the Herbert, and others of that similar tonal variety.

Of the amps in your list, I have only owned a Shiva, and I really didn't like it, so its hard to say with that one...the others I have not played but they seem to be in the souped-up Marshall realm which is exactly what the PT100 is.

The PT is the only amp I am currently lusting after. I still need to come by and check yours out Rayneman.

I don't own one but from what I have heard and the types of tones I like, I would buy the PT and sell everything except one Shiva. I am currently down to one amp and miss having something else to plug into. Then again, I tend to dial everything in to sound pretty much the same anyway.

The Shiva has been my main amp for the last few years...but I'd like to have a little bit more gain on my tap for my main rhythm tone, and a little more cut. I like the layout of the CAA head. If the PT-100 takes pedals well on both channels...I could see myself selling off the collection.

...will I be able to sell all of my other amps?

You'll end up selling it when the updated model comes out.

Think of it speaker wise. If you're ok with using just greenbacks, the amp was designed for them.

Hmm, I have a greenback cab, but I've generally favored my V30/H30 cabs. And I thought some of the classic rock tones in Pete's demo were in the area of AFD.
Maybe I'd get along better with an Se+ with EL34's and Plexi tranny.
My main objective is to be somewhat similar to the Shiva...but a little more gain, and a little bit more open sounding.

I like my PT-100 with my greenback cab, but , I like it even better with my vin30/g12h cab.

I've owned the OD100 SE+ and the PT100 is quite a bit more "open" if that's what you're after. I love my PT100 through V30s in my Mesa Recto cab.

There has been an "update" to the PT100 in the works for quite some time it seems, but unlike the various revisions to the OD100 amp, I thought this was going to be a completely different amp, Suhr branded be "tubes up" and have MIDI and so forth.

I wonder when it will happen?
