...what would the specs be?

I know the DC resistance is about 13.8k, the mag is A5...but what gauge wire? what type of wire material? what type of wind? symetric? asymetric? long or short magnet? any other factors in the equation? Thanks.

It would be symetric, the burstbucker series, to my knowledge, are the only asymetric Gibby Pups.
With that high a DC resistance, I would imagine they have to use very thin stranded copper. I don't know what the gauges are for those tiny things. I imagine it's hard to distinguish between it and any overwound pup.
The size of the pole piecs makes a difference. You can have pole pieces big enough to even stick through the housing at the bottom. That would make it hotter, I would think.
You can also adjust the screwy pole pieces to give more or less bite to your favorite strings.

43 AWG wire maybe?
poly coated wire maybe?

I don't know that guage, but it's awfully thin. Thinner than a strand of my hair. 43 AWG sounds too small. Does that exist? I don't know. It's definitely coated with a very thin, transparent polymer. The strand needs to be electrically isolated from the rest of the spool in order for the current creation to work.
