...which one would it be?

Here's the scenario, you're a well known musician and you're gonna be known by playing one amp and one guitar (Hetfield's Explorers and Mark IVs, Hendrix JTM45 and Strats, and so on)

what would your signature guitar and amp AS OF TODAY would be?

in my case:

Simple vintage Fender Strat S/S/S system

and I'd get Bruce Egnater to build me the perfect Fender clean amp. Or get Olaf to build me something fantastic

my white lp custom and a modded marshall superlead, and wasnt hendrix more known for playing superlead or bass 100 heads then jtm 45?
