I can hardly get my fingers between 23-24th, so the only good it would do me, is easier access to the 24th

All mine have 24 except one and it has 22. The placement of the pup on that guitar in relation to the harmonic that is right there makes it better than a guitar with more frets. The other factor is the mentality if you can't get it done with 22 frets, what's the point?!!?
