Are you just filling in those who don't feel like skipping ahead or defending his actions? Seriously wondering, because in my eyes, that was a total dick move. No excuse for that at all. :thumbsdown: Guy needs a reality check and to be put in his place.

Or . . . the guy may have been video recording it. Sure, we all do it, but it's not exactly legal, especially when we throw it on YouTube, and Queensryche/Tate doesn't get paid for it.

Dick move, yeah, but I "understand" the reasoning behind it. Like what Chris Rock says about OJ Simpson: "I'm not saying he should have killed her, but I understand" ;)

Good thing there's an alternative Queensyrcheband to see. I propose 3rd spinoff just in case

I don't believe the no photo no video rule is even in play at most shows nowadays, let alone enforced. I think he should be happy that people still want to shoot video/pics and post them. No sense in trying to swim upstream. Put on a good show and be glad.

This version of the band means nothing to me, which is kinda weird cause its Tate, but he is so easy to dislike these days. Couple that with the fact that he is the only original guy from the band.... It's a tribute to QR with the original douchenozzle singer.

Really? I'm thinking the whole subjectivity, different taste, different strokes for different folks thing comes into play. Novel concepts but the fact of the matter nonetheless.

I'm probably much older than you, so I can maybe understand your opinion, but really , when Queensryche first hit the scene with their debut EP, then The Warning album, then the futuristic Rage For Order, then Operation Mindcrime. That's four solid releases that are pretty heavy for the time and some very good songwriting. If your judging the band via silent lucidity, I can understand. You need to go back and listen to the early stuff to really see what the hype was about.

Why did people follow Queensryche? Because they were fucking awesome and wrote just about the best prog metal album of all time.
