I can't wait for this one Absolutely love the swirl. Have wanted a swirl ever since I have seen some aftermarket paint years ago and then the Suhr Drip.

So ok this isn't a neon drip but I absolutely love this swirl and I got to choose the particular pattern out of a couple of options. A lot of guys I have shown pics to did not like the maple board with it saying it looks off with the black and purple but I really dig it and I can always play with the guard and hardware colors. I have not had a maple board since my 1993 S540 and I kind of miss that pop. I have played these Feral pickups before and they are definitely killer.

I will report back once I get it. Should be here soon, shipping today I believe but yeah I get excited and can't wait to post.

My only hang ups - I am pretty much a 7 string guy now as the band I am in uses 7's and this is a C profile whereas I realllly wanted the D BUT it was hard to pass up so we will see. If I just absolutely cannot get along with the C would be the reason if I list this.

I have wanted a BG for a LONG, LONG time. The last deal I had on the used market did not work out, I have used their other products and I think Joe is one of the best out there so yeah..Anyway....Drool.

Congrats man. For me it’s the guard and maple. If the guard was gone I think it’d be teh secks for sure! Covers up too much of that sick finish.

I am really glad to see Joe did branch out into cool finishes though and the Arch is a killer guitar. Wonder what the likelihood is that it’s actually just an aesthetic thing and there’s not route under there BUT for the buckers... a clear guard could be cool...

I just need to see it in person but I get what you are saying. I do not mind it at all from the pics, kind of dig it but yeah all ebony would look slick.

Sheas idea of chrome hardware would be cool and maybe some other pickguards. I think they have a few options IIRC. If I end up keeping I may play around with it. I do love maple boards though and the more I think about it I am expecting this guitar to sound great.

When I had the Ferals in my Horizon I had to really crank the highs and mids on my eq to get what I needed. Considering all maple from my experience requires some bass heavy pickups due to the pronounced highs and mids I am kind of expecting an even sound with great attack and cut. Will see soon.

I like the pop of the maple neck. I wouldn't change anything and I'm not even a fan of purple guitars. I like the black hardware and matte black pickgaurd too. Good luck with the whole thing.
