I can't believe I never heard this back in the day.... I always thought Darby Mills from the Headpins & Sandi Saraya were awesome, but this chick just brings it even more!

Now that's a voice I could listen to all day! Put that in your coffee and drink it Ashley Simpson!

Lee Aaron ... Chrissy Steele are two other "hot ones" that also have the gold in their throats!

Metal was such a boy's club back then though. A female singer had a very hard time (no pun intended) getting anywhere those days. No matter how good she was. I can't think of anyone but Doro and Lita who made it. I've never heard of Chrissie Steele before. Definitely good voice there.

The first few Pat Nebetar albums were good hard rock. Neil Giraldo is a great player.

I always liked Lorraine Lewis from Femme Fatale, cute as hell , great voice and decent enough tunes(still cheesy but so was alot of stuff back then, didnt make it any less fun or good)..

Ah I remember Femme Fatale
That chick is still pretty hot, I remember seeing her with Wendy Sparkle Plenty of The 440's

I remember being suspended from school as a kid and Seeing The Great Kat on the Joan Rivers talk show Playing and being interviewed in slippers and a Bath robe..

Not sure if you are aware of this, but this was Bryan (Too Loud) MacLeod's project after the Headpins. He was the brains, writer and guitarist in the Headpins. I think he wrote, produced, and played everything on both projects and recorded all in his floating (boat) recording studio. Sadly he died of cancer several years ago. He could make a Music Man amp sound like no one else could!!

I thought Fiona was Beau Hill's girl. I auditioned for her band back in the 80's but lost the gig to Dave Marshall. He was way prettier than me. He's on the far right in this Vince Neil band photo.

Here's another one I found of her covering Heart's "Alone" - man wish I'd heard of her back then. I love the 80's look she's got going in this vid :inlove: ,

Unbelievable to find this mentioned here. Even crazier is that I had a hunch this would be about Chrissy Steele, no kidding...

Have that CD, and it's still in heavy rotation to this day. "Love Don't Last Forever" is probably the best track on the CD as well as her finest moment.

Wonder what happened to her?

Also have the Saraya CDs, really like the first one. "Back to the Bullet" has to be my favorite off that CD.

Anyone remember Lita Ford?
She used to be pretty freakn hot back in the day.!!
