Hello, I just want to introduce myself. My name is Martin and I've been playing guitar since '78. My main guitar is a BCR Mockingbird SL, I'm quite fond of PRS Custom 24s and Jackson Soloists too. Played Mesa Boogie amps for a long time but picked up a Diezel VH4S in '04 and it's been my main amp since.
I like using effects and have gone from pedals to rack stuff back to pedals and recently back to rack stuff (picked up a Rocktron Intellifex and a Lexicon MPX G2 off of ebay recently).
I love playing and listening to all types of music, right now I'm in a classic rock cover band, but I've done lots of different stuff over the years. My favorite gig was playing in the house band for a place called The Perch Comedy Theatre (now closed) in Charlotte NC. It was like a Saturday Night Live type show and I did it almost every weekend for about eight years.
Other interests include reptiles, snakes more specifically and martial arts.
My apologies if this introduction is a bit long winded.
