Off topic but since were on VHT and Kemper.

If I had a specific set of tubes, settings, pups, of, ect. On my VHT, would the profile sound like my amp?

In other words does the Kemper capture what's coming out of the speakers? Or something internally?

Yup. Look at it like this - whatever you can catch with a microphone, the Kemper can store. I just bought a Heil microphone from another Rig-Talker because I want to be able to get different profiles out of the amps I have. Changing cabs, microphones, placement, etc all will change your profiles too.

Different guitars and pickups won't really except they will make you dial in the amp a certain way to fit that instrument. The Kemper always sends the same test tones into the amp for profiling.
