Iron On Holoflash

Anybody know any American peeps selling the iron on holoflash stuff? I know there is a guy on the Kramer forums that sells/used to sell it that I am trying to get a hold of but aside from him does anyone have any leads outside of sending it to Mean Street to do it?

The peel and stick might work for this current project but having some on hand is always useful
