I cook at home for 95% of my dishes, mainly because I am a great cook and hate most peoples food. (Humble brag)

After all the cooking I do at home, I have gotten much better at it. I surprise myself sometimes.

It's a hard thing to resolve when you realize you are a better cook than the places around you charging 10x more than what you can make it for, and yours is better. But once you get over that...you can enjoy the sweet reality of delicious way more healthy food.

For sure and no cooking with crappy seed oils or MSG. I just don't like cleaning up all the time.

I take it to extremes sometimes. I refuse to use nonstick pans. This is my pan lineup, my friends think I am a caveman.

Same here almost all cast iron, but I also use stainless steel and a ceramic crockpot.

That cast iron dutch oven is awesome for making bread.

If you are a lazy cook like me, the crockpot is treasure. America's Test Kitchen put out an easy crockpot recipe book.

There is a volume 1&2, both are excellent. All the recipes have been easy and delicious.

I don't use a lot of olive oil. I use avacado oil, I have some finishing evoo..my friends family runs a store locally that sells it. There is a brand however they sell at Sams Club I tried and it was actually decent for the price, Ill find the bottle and let you know

I am always on the hunt for a good olive oil, it's gotten crazy expensive lately.

I had to cut the avacado oil out, for some reason it bothers my gall bladder, I guess it's really fatty.
