Is this a Hammond B3 organ? (Urban Exploration Content)

I just love watching these urban exploration videos. This episode shows a organ 1:40 into the clip... I don't know if this is a B3, or not? There's nothing I love more than a Hammond B3 + Leslie rotating speaker against a raunchy rock progression. Back in the 90's I purchased 2 x '72 Marshall Super Lead 100 half-stacks for $1000.00 cash. The seller also had a minty Hammond B3 + Leslie cabinet for sale... He was asking $800.00 for both pieces. I didn't have room to store them, so I passed. Stupid move! Anyway, the Hammond seen in this video has the tell-tale B3 drawbars, but also has paddle switches above the drawbars. Did Hammond make a B3 set up this way, or is this not a B3?

Note: There is what appears to be another Hammond at 3:08 time marker. This one most definitely looks like a Hammond B3... Drawbars w/o paddle switches.

Not sure, but I'm with 'ya in the love of Hammond organs in music. Classic sound.

My Nord Lead 3 does some great B3 emulations. Nothing beats the real thing, of course.

Some of my favorite for B3 content...

I'm with ya! I've been getting into abandoned amusement park videos as well. Chippewa Lake Park was the first park I ever attended. They had the best french fries on the planet! A lot of bands who were trying to make-it in the 60's and 70's use to play there. Bob Seger (System), Circus, The Raspberries, and RUSH played there. The man who opened the park loved it so much, that his last request was to be buried there. So sad that it's gone. :aww:

Crazy seeing this. Was here several times as a kid. :aww:
Cool! That "Space Needle" looks just like the one at King's Island. I wish URBEX'ers would do more research before posting these videos. It makes them more intersting, IMO.

I'm always amazed at how clear the other Great Lakes are compared to Lake Erie. Lake Erie is never clear, but its mud grows some of the finest grapes in the world.

Im subscribed to a lot of the abandoned guys channels.

Really a shame on seeing it. But like a train wreck I cant look away! :D

This will piss you off, maybe. It sure did me. This guy along will some investors buys an old mining town in California by the name of Cerro Gordo. The crown jewel of this former mining community was the local hotel. I say was, because it's now gone! The hotel was chock-full of period specific artifacts, furniture, tools, china, glass, etc... While playing Mr. Fixerupper, this nozzle apparently left the power and/or gas on; which resulted in the destruction of the entire hotel.

Hotel @ 10:33...

Post destruction...

I gotta say, while viewing his first clip I thought... This city-slicker is either going kill himself, destroy something, or both. I was right! I also thought... "If this guy is from Texas, he has to be from Austin." Right again!

Exploring the mine... These guys have no idea what you're doing. One of them is hammering against the wall in the same area where 30 miners died in a collapse... Hello?

There could also be vertical shafts in any given location. Even with a dig chart, it's sketchy. Hopefully, no one gets hurt. If it were my call, I'd dynamite every entrance to the mine.

:aww: Do you know what models they are?

Edit: The first one looks to be an H-100 model. The second looks like it might be a hammond c3. Not 100% sure
I'd take either one. I was looking to see if there is a Leslie cabinet, but I don't see one.

Yeah didn't see a Leslie either. If you want the B3 sound, you'll want a B3, C3 or A100. The C3 is pretty much a B3 but is aesthetically different. The A100 is basically a B3 but with built in speakers. The A100 last I checked can be had cheaper than a B3/C3. Not sure if they have gone up in price in the last few years.
