I recently bought a strat that was supposed to have a suhr dsh pickup. Howver, once guitar has had pickup removed this was underneath.
Anyone know what it is?

There ya go, I wasn't aware of that so it could be true. Maybe that's what the JS in the model is? PM John and ask him.Code001":1ax4oenp said:John Suhr used to have DiMarzio make his pickups, so it could still be a Suhr pickup.
I was hoping it was something like that. Wouldn't make sense any other way.Code001":6j8x9wgq said:John Suhr used to have DiMarzio make his pickups, so it could still be a Suhr pickup.
I am hearing dimarzio only made early JST but by the time of the dsh era, they had stopped.Code001":2cgvkq6i said:I'd guess it's a "JST Bucker" but I'm not expert on Suhr pickups.
